With more than 20 years of experience in the corporate world and over 5 years as a certified 500h Yoga & Well-being Instructor, I bring a unique perspective to stress and productivity management.
I know first-hand the pressures of deadlines, long hours, and constant change. Many professionals struggle with stress, anxiety, fatigue, poor posture, and lack of focus—challenges that directly impact health, performance, and quality of life.
That’s where my work begins. Through yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness practices, I help individuals and teams:

An additional challenge companies face today is how to encourage employees to return to the office. My wellness initiatives are also designed to support this transition — creating meaningful, engaging experiences that make employees feel motivated to be present, connected, and part of a healthier workplace culture.
